The company undertakes no liability in case of cancellation of trips due to breakdown or for reasons beyond the control of the management. However proportionate refund of fare will be allowed in case no alternate arrangement is made.

• Issuing valid ticket (a ticket that will be accepted by the bus operators or their network).
• Providing refund & support in case of cancellations.
• Providing customer support in case of delays or other inconvenience.
• Changes to date or time can be made to your booking if you notify us at least one day prior to the scheduled departure time by visiting our branch/agency counter.
• Pets and Animals not allowed inside the bus while Journey.
• Processing fee will not be refunded on journey day.
• No video service between 12 Midnight to 6 a.m.
• Seats Will Be Confirmed Only After Successful Payment. (Depending Upon Seat Availability).
• Ticket Cancellation amount will be credited in your account with in 7 to 10 working days after the refund initiation.

Passengers are required to furnish a valid identity proof (driving license, student/company card, Passport, PAN or Voter id). Failing to do so can result in boarding being denied by the bus operator.

Change of bus: In case the bus type mentioned on the ticket is changed for any reason will refund the differential amount to the customer upon being intimated by the customer in 24 hours of the journey. Service charge or home delivery charges will not be refunded if ticket is cancelled.

Cancellation Charges

• You can cancel the full Ticket or partial Ticket.
• Between 12 hours and 0 hours before journey time:100 %.
• Between 24 hours and 12 hours before journey time:80 %.
• Between 48 hours and 24 hours before journey time:50 %.
• 48 hours before journey time:20 %.
